Ariadia Platform is operated by Ariadia LLC. Ariadia Platform and Ariadia Academy are service names of Ariadia LLC.

Contact Ariadia LLC through the Ariadia website contact form. For a legal or privacy matter, identify Ariadia Platform and describe your request. Do not include passwords, patient records or other sensitive documents in an initial message.

What the Platform provides

The Platform helps institutional teams organize healthcare capital planning: project information, responsibilities, evidence, estimates, reviews, delivery tasks and records of decisions. Access depends on workspace membership and project assignments. An account alone does not grant access to an institution’s private records.

Using the Platform does not create an architectural, engineering, clinical, financial or legal advisory engagement. Any separate professional service or institutional agreement must be agreed in writing.

Professional review and healthcare information

Planning models, workflow approvals, source excerpts and Ari answers support human review. They do not establish clinical safety, financial viability, regulatory approval or compliance with a particular code. Qualified professionals and the responsible institution must verify assumptions, current requirements, applicability and decisions.

The Platform is not a patient-record system. Do not upload patient-identifiable information, protected health information or medical records. Ariadia does not represent this service as HIPAA certified or offer a business associate agreement through these website terms.

Ari and reference material

The current Ari feature provides saved-record answers and searches manager-reviewed passages. It does not call an external generative AI model, determine compliance, approve a project or replace professional judgment. A matching passage may not answer the whole question. Check the complete source, edition, conditions and exceptions.

Code and guideline publications remain subject to their publishers’ rights. An edition appearing in a project or a source being available online does not grant permission to upload, reproduce or redistribute it.

Related services and service providers

Ariadia’s main website and Ariadia Academy have notices relevant to their own features. The Platform uses service providers for hosting, storage and transactional email. An existing OCBDC-operated email relay handles account and invitation messages; OCBDC is not identified as the Platform operator by that technical arrangement.

Read our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and Terms and Conditions. These notices describe the current Platform. We will update them when relevant practices or terms change and show the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law or an applicable agreement.
