ARIADIA LLC · PLATFORM
Cookie Notice
Effective October 14, 2026
Ariadia Platform uses a sign-in cookie and a local preference to operate the workspace. This notice describes the current application.
What is stored on your device
- Sign-in session —
__Host-ocbdc-session - A necessary first-party cookie on the Platform host keeps you signed in and lets the server verify your account. It holds an opaque random session value, not your password. Its maximum lifetime is 12 hours; the server also expires access after one hour without activity. The production cookie uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax protections. Its historical name is retained for account continuity and does not change the operator, Ariadia LLC.
- Help-tip preference —
ocbdc-tips-v1 - A first-party localStorage entry remembers whether contextual help tips are on or off on this browser. It is written when you change the help setting and has no automatic expiry. It remains until you change it or clear the site’s local storage. It does not identify you to an advertising service.
The current Platform application does not install advertising pixels or optional marketing-analytics cookies.
Your controls
Sign out to end the current session. Use Profile & security to revoke other active sessions. Changing your password ends existing sessions. In Help & tutorial, use Show contextual tips on this device to change the help preference.
Your browser settings can block cookies or clear cookies and site data. Blocking or clearing the sign-in cookie prevents or ends authenticated access. Clearing localStorage resets the help preference. Clearing browser data does not delete your account, project records, uploaded files or the institution’s audit history.
Browser privacy signals
The current Platform has no advertising or cross-site analytics tools. The application does not have a separate automated response to Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. Those signals do not change necessary sign-in and security functions or your chosen help preference. Contact Ariadia LLC to exercise any privacy choices available under applicable law, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Related services and updates
This notice covers the Platform application. The Ariadia website, Academy and external sites have their own features and storage practices. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information; see the Privacy Notice. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising storage, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required before enabling it.
